By choosing to use our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined below, as well as the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Terms used in this Privacy Policy carry the same meanings as those defined in our broader Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise specified.

This information is used solely for the purpose of contacting or identifying you and to provide and improve our services. 3. Service Agreement3.1. CancellationsAppointment dates and times may be changed or canceled without penalty up to twenty‐four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $75 change/cancellation fee. Any changes to the content of a shoot (e.g., the addition of features) may require rescheduling and could incur additional fees.
3.2. Property Condition & AccessPreparation is essential for a quality result. A home preparation guide will be sent via email with each appointment confirmation. Cultivated R.E.M will not capture properties that are not camera‐ready upon arrival. If an appointment is deemed unready by the arriving staff member, the appointment may be canceled and payment is non‐refundable (or captured “as is”). It is the primary scheduling contact’s responsibility to ensure the property is ready and that access is provided. Cultivated R.E.M will not photograph or film properties that are not camera‐ready upon arrival.
3.3. Copyright Notice & Photo CreditCultivated R.E.M retains copyright protection of all digital images. We reserve the right to use these images for the promotion of Cultivated R.E.M but not for any unrelated third party.
The Licensee has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property for:
Images cannot be altered after they are in the Licensee’s possession, nor sold or otherwise transferred to another party for any reason.
All licensed commercial photography published on the web or in print must include the following credit line adjacent to the Licensed Material: “©Cultivated R.E.M.” Failure to include this credit may incur an additional fee of up to 100% of the license fee, at Cultivated R.E.M’s sole discretion.3D Tours include 60 days of hosting. Additional hosting costs may apply after 60 days.
We only store assets for 90 days and recommend that you download all content promptly upon receipt.4. Changes to This AgreementWe reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy and Service Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or sending a notice to you by email.5.
